Troupis "Ekato" Moschofilero 2023

“Ekato” in Greek means one hundred. One hundred days is the time that they leave the skins in contact with the must to produce the first of its kind “red” wine of the gris variety Moschofilero. Floral, rose, and ginger come forward followed by a quince jam flavour. Slightly tannic taste with balanced acidity.
