As soon as you take a sip, your palate begins a beautiful journey from the tip of your tongue where the acidity tingles your mouth awake to the weight of the creamy, round, and soft texture which shows just a bit of oak influence that is balanced with acidity. Finally the flavor is captured on the roof of your mouth with notes that linger on as a fond memory, well after they finish. The wine’s zippy salinity pairs elegantly with a spicy sashimi, or a dish of lemon buttered scallops and charred broccolini.
