From a four-hectare parcel of gravel, clay and sand, 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Malbec. Élevage runs 15 months in a mix of new and old “pieces”, and this is the most important wine of the estate.

A very balanced Graves Rouge, soft, violet Merlot and deep red Cabernet mingle with hints of spice, cigar box and minerals.
