Winemaker's Tasting Notes
This cuvee features lots of bright acidity and a leaner, more mineral profile. It shares the satin texture of all Foillard Morgons, and should age similarly well for those willing and able to wait. The wines are hauntingly aromatic, bold yet subtle and have great structure and mineral driven components. Follaird's wines have incredible aging potential. Buy one and save one for later.
