What a fun project! Only 48 cases made. The wine maker makes mostly rose and Pinot Noir grapes out of Dijon and Pommard clones. This Pinot Noir is a WHITE wine! Direct pressing without any skin contact or maceration. 6 months in barrel. 

We love it! Taste like a Burgundian Chardonnay with a bit personality.
