 Francois Mikulski is a legendary wine maker based in Mersault, Burgundy France. 

This traditional method Cremant de Bourgogne is made out of a blend of 37% Pinot Noir grapes, 41% Chardonnay, 15% Aligoté and 7% Gamay. All harvested by hand. 

This bright and crisp Crémant de Bourgogne opens with an expressive nose of white fruits dominated by apple, Granny Smith and Reinette, citrus fruits in the background, lime and grapefruit, fine herbs add dynamics, between chervil and coriander, finally a note of very ripe pear mixed with a touch quince. A great Brut level sparkler for any occasion. Since the estate’s first vintage in 1992, this family property has been committed to producing top quality Burgundy wines of authenticity, elegance, and purity.
