This dry red is a blend of Parellada and Carignan fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel. A collaboration between Louis-Antoine Luyt and Cellar Frisach in Catalunya's Terra Alta. Pair this lighter-bodied dry red with grilled lamb and calçots.
