From old Mourvèdre, old Carignan Noir and old Grenache Noir located on the limestone plateau of Leucate. It defines a rich, powerful profile with a certain refinement, on notes of cocoa, ripe black fruits such as blackcurrant as well as on notes of spices and menthol.
