Turi Bianco Catarratto is a natural wine from Sicily made from Catarratto (associated with production of Masala wine, grown almost exclusively on the island). The wine goes through spontenous fermentation with native yeast in steel. It is unfiltered and unfined. 

Turi Bianco Catarratto is a medium to light body white wine with notes of white flowers, Mediterranean herbs, and bright acidity on the palate. SMOKY!~
